You can restrict usage either based on duration (ex: 14 day trials), restrict based on usage (ex: 100 Automations) or restrict based on a combination of both (14 day trial or 100 Automations whichever comes first)
For a trial that exhausts upon usage or lapse of the trial period, here's what the config would look like :
