Alerts are notifications that you can receive as webhooks, emails, slack etc when the conditions set are fulfilled.
The alerts we support currently are :
Invoice Overdue Breach - Alerts for when an invoice is overdue (When the customer has not cleared an invoice fully after the net terms date)
Entitlements Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's feature entitlements go below a threshold
Credit Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's credit balance go below a threshold
Usage Breach - Alerts for when a customer's usage goes beyond a threshold
Wallet Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's wallet balance go below a threshold
Invoice Due Breach - Alerts for when an invoice is due (When the customer has not cleared an invoice but is still within the net terms date)
Unprocessed Events - Alerts for when there are unprocessed events in the ingestion queue
