What are Alerts?

This article describes how you can use and setup alerts within Togai to get notified on specific incidents

Alerts are notifications that you can receive as webhooks, emails, slack etc when the conditions set are fulfilled.

The alerts we support currently are :

  1. Invoice Overdue Breach - Alerts for when an invoice is overdue (When the customer has not cleared an invoice fully after the net terms date)

  2. Entitlements Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's feature entitlements go below a threshold

  3. Credit Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's credit balance go below a threshold

  4. Usage Breach - Alerts for when a customer's usage goes beyond a threshold

  5. Wallet Low Balance - Alerts for when a customer's wallet balance go below a threshold

  6. Invoice Due Breach - Alerts for when an invoice is due (When the customer has not cleared an invoice but is still within the net terms date)

  7. Unprocessed Events - Alerts for when there are unprocessed events in the ingestion queue
